HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM AT HOME


Homemade ice cream is the best because it won’t contain any preservatives and they are of our choice and according to us. 

 The ice creams we get from outside are not healthy because we don’t how are they made and what type of milk is used, what quality of flavors are used etc.

So it is good to use homemade ice creams.



SO LET’S GET INTO THE HEALTHY RECIPE:


The things that we will need are as follow:


Milk made

Fresh cream

Chocolate sauce 

Vanilla  essence or coca essence

Whipping machine

Cone

toppings( like cake pieces, chocolate chips, nuts, etc)(optional)

 And that’s it !!


STEPS:


Step1: Take out your cream in a deep bowl and whipe the cream till it becomes fluffy.


Step2: Add condensed milk to it in a ratio of 3:2.


Step3: Add 9 tablespoon of chocolate syrup and 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence.


Step 4: Keep in deep fridge till it half set(around an hour)


Step 5: After an hour gets the semi-set cream out and take it out in a bowl and again wipe it for a while ( for its creamy texture).


step 6:At this point you can add your toppings into it. (optional)


Step 8: Take out the mixture in ice cream mold and set it overnight in a deep fridge. 


Step 9: You can take it out in a bowl or in a wafer cone.
